Return Shipping:

  • Return Shipping Cost: Unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return if it is lost in transit.

Return Confirmation:

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please specify the details when you contact us. If the requested exchange item is available, we will send it to you as soon as possible, and Sallybong will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to select another product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We take great care in packaging our products to prevent any damage, but in rare cases, issues may arise during shipping.
To resolve this, please:
